Return Policy

Hardware and software purchases

The return rule for equipment and software bought through AllSafe IT is the Hardware / Software Purchases section of the Master Services Agreement, Version 2026-09. If an accepted Quote or a written amendment conflicts with this page, the Quote or amendment controls.

All equipment, machines, hardware, software, peripherals, or accessories purchased through AllSafe IT ("Third Party Products") are generally nonrefundable once the item is ordered from AllSafe IT's third-party provider or reseller. If you desire to return a Third Party Product, then the third-party provider's or reseller's return policies will apply. We do not guarantee that Third Party Products will be returnable, exchangeable, or that re-stocking fees can or will be avoided, and you agree to be responsible for paying all re-stocking or return-related fees charged by the third-party provider or reseller. We will use reasonable efforts to assign, transfer and facilitate all warranties (if any) and service level commitments (if any) for the Third Party Products to you, but will have no liability whatsoever for the quality, functionality, or operability of any Third Party Products, and we will not be held liable as an insurer or guarantor of the performance, uptime or usefulness of any Third Party Products. You will be responsible for all fees and costs (if any) charged for warranty-related service. All Third Party Products are provided "as is" and without any warranty whatsoever as between AllSafe IT and you (including but not limited to implied warranties).
